1. Veri Sorumlusu

İşbu aydınlatma metni, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu'nun ("KVKK") 10. maddesi ve Aydınlatma Yükümlülüğünün Yerine Getirilmesinde Uyulacak Usul ve Esaslar Hakkında Tebliğ uyarınca, veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla Av. Seyit İsa Dinç tarafından, web sitesi ziyaretçilerine yönelik olarak hazırlanmıştır.

2. İşlenen Kişisel Veriler

Web sitemizin "İletişim" bölümünde yer alan form aracılığıyla yalnızca aşağıdaki kişisel verileriniz işlenmektedir:

Kimlik bilgisi: Ad ve soyad
İletişim bilgisi: E-posta adresi
Talep içeriği: Tarafımıza ilettiğiniz konu başlığı ve mesaj metni

Web sitesi ziyaretiniz sırasında çerez (cookie), analiz aracı veya üçüncü taraf izleme teknolojisi kullanılmamakta; IP adresi, konum, tarayıcı parmak izi gibi veriler tarafımızca toplanmamaktadır.

3. İşleme Amaçları ve Hukuki Sebep

Yukarıda belirtilen kişisel verileriniz, KVKK'nın 5. maddesinin 2/c bendi uyarınca "bir sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifasıyla doğrudan doğruya ilgili olması" ve 5/2-f bendi uyarınca "meşru menfaat" hukuki sebeplerine dayanılarak şu amaçlarla işlenmektedir:

Tarafımıza ilettiğiniz hukuki danışmanlık talebine yanıt verilmesi
Sizinle iletişim kurulması ve görüşme talebinizin değerlendirilmesi
Olası bir avukat-müvekkil ilişkisinin kurulmasına yönelik ön görüşmenin sağlanması

İletişim formunuz aracılığıyla iletilen bilgiler, 1136 sayılı Avukatlık Kanunu'nun 36. maddesi kapsamında sır saklama yükümlülüğüne tabidir ve ilettiğiniz andan itibaren bu çerçevede korunur.

4. Verilerin Aktarımı

Kişisel verileriniz; üçüncü kişilerle paylaşılmamakta, ticari amaçla kullanılmamaktadır. Ancak teknik altyapı gereği:

Form altyapısı: İletişim formu mesajları, hizmet sağlayıcımız Formspree (Formspree, Inc. — Amerika Birleşik Devletleri) sunucuları üzerinden tarafımıza iletilmektedir. Bu durum, KVKK'nın 9. maddesi anlamında yurt dışına veri aktarımı niteliğindedir ve açık rızanıza dayanmaktadır.
Web barındırma: Web sitemiz Vercel Inc. (ABD) üzerinde barındırılmaktadır; ancak Vercel, form içeriğini görüntülemez veya saklamaz.

Veriler, hukuki bir yükümlülük (mahkeme kararı, idari talep vb.) doğmadığı sürece kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarıyla paylaşılmaz.

5. Saklama Süresi

Form aracılığıyla ilettiğiniz mesajlar; iletişim ve değerlendirme süreci tamamlandıktan sonra en fazla 2 (iki) yıl süreyle saklanır. Süre sonunda KVKK'nın 7. maddesi uyarınca silinir, yok edilir veya anonim hale getirilir. Avukat-müvekkil ilişkisi kurulması halinde, bu süre Avukatlık Kanunu ve ilgili mevzuatta öngörülen sürelere göre yeniden belirlenir.

6. Veri Sahibinin Hakları

KVKK'nın 11. maddesi uyarınca, veri sahibi olarak tarafımıza başvurarak aşağıdaki haklarınızı kullanabilirsiniz:

Kişisel verinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme
Kişisel verileriniz işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme
İşleme amacını ve verilerinizin amaca uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme
Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında verilerinizin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme
Eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş verilerinizin düzeltilmesini isteme
KVKK'nın 7. maddesinde öngörülen koşullar çerçevesinde silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme
Düzeltme, silme ve yok etme taleplerinizin verilerinizin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme
İşlenen verilerin münhasıran otomatik sistemler vasıtasıyla analiz edilmesi suretiyle aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme
Kişisel verilerinizin kanuna aykırı olarak işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme

7. Başvuru Yöntemi

Yukarıda sayılan haklarınızı kullanmak için Veri Sorumlusuna Başvuru Usul ve Esasları Hakkında Tebliğ'e uygun olarak; kimliğinizi tespit edici belgelerle birlikte talebinizi içeren yazılı başvurunuzu aşağıdaki iletişim kanalları üzerinden tarafımıza iletmeniz gerekmektedir.

Başvurunuz, KVKK'nın 13. maddesi uyarınca en geç 30 (otuz) gün içinde sonuçlandırılır. Başvuru, kural olarak ücretsizdir; ancak işlemin ayrıca bir maliyet gerektirmesi hâlinde Kurul tarafından belirlenen tarifedeki ücret talep edilebilir.

Privacy Notice

1. Data Controller

This privacy notice is prepared in accordance with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") by Att. Seyit İsa Dinç as the data controller, and is addressed to visitors of this website.

2. Personal Data Processed

Through the contact form on the "Contact" section of our website, only the following personal data is processed:

Identity: First name and last name
Contact: Email address
Request content: Subject and message text submitted by you

No cookies, analytics tools or third-party tracking technologies are used on this website. Data such as IP address, location or browser fingerprint is not collected.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

Your personal data is processed under Article 5/2-c ("directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract") and Article 5/2-f ("legitimate interest") of the KVKK, for the following purposes:

Responding to the legal consultation request you submitted
Communicating with you and evaluating your request for a meeting
Conducting a preliminary discussion regarding a potential attorney–client relationship

Information transmitted via the contact form is subject to the professional secrecy obligation set out in Article 36 of the Turkish Attorneyship Act No. 1136 from the moment it is received.

4. Data Transfer

Your personal data is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes. However, due to technical infrastructure:

Form infrastructure: Contact form messages are transmitted to us via our service provider Formspree, Inc. (United States). This constitutes a cross-border data transfer under Article 9 of the KVKK and is based on your explicit consent.
Web hosting: Our website is hosted on Vercel Inc. (USA); however, Vercel does not view or store form content.

Data is not shared with public authorities unless a legal obligation arises (court order, administrative request, etc.).

5. Retention Period

Messages submitted through the form are retained for a maximum of 2 (two) years after the communication and evaluation process is concluded. At the end of this period, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with Article 7 of the KVKK. If an attorney–client relationship is established, this period is redetermined according to the Attorneyship Act and applicable legislation.

6. Rights of the Data Subject

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you may exercise the following rights by contacting us:

Learn whether your personal data is processed
Request information if your personal data has been processed
Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with such purpose
Know the third parties to whom your data is transferred, domestically or abroad
Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
Request deletion or destruction of data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK
Request that correction, deletion and destruction be notified to third parties to whom data has been transferred
Object to outcomes against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems
Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your data

7. Application Method

To exercise your rights, you must submit a written application — together with documents proving your identity — through the contact channels below, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Application to the Data Controller.

Your application will be concluded within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days pursuant to Article 13 of the KVKK. Applications are free of charge as a rule; however, a fee determined by the Authority's tariff may be charged if the process incurs additional cost.
